The Ananke Project is developing filmmaking software that starts with actors performing together in real spaces. Keep the take you believe in. Shape the film around it.
Our goal is to preserve the actor’s movement, expression and vocal delivery while making everything else in the picture and soundtrack interchangeable. We are developing coverage drawn from master shots, with a capture process designed for real locations, without keying backdrops or motion-capture suits.
Our background spans scripted and documentary production, with VFX for commercial and client work. Ananke is in development, and we welcome conversations with filmmakers, performers and production partners.
